From 2026-06-12: compliant pets (chip + vaccine + qualified titer + official health cert) exempt from 30-day quarantine. A rabies antibody (titer) test is required: Blood drawn ≥30 days after first rabies vaccination, entry within 3-12 months after blood draw (3-month waiting period); ≥0.5 IU/ml. Allow at least 120 days of preparation.
